Start with this pet. Using

Cyclone is the number one priority. After make sure you use

Temporal Anomaly before swapping it out or before it dies (when the

Cyclone is already used).

The JMD synergizes very well with Cyclone. So do its own moves with themselves. Rain Dance should be used when there are at least two round of Cyclone remaining (core idea of the strategy).
